ATP 8000
The ATP 8000 has been designed for the 900 nm to 2600 nm wavelength range. The InGaAs detector is thermo-electric (TE) cooled for low noise and high signal-to-noise (SNR) operation. A range of configurations is available to meet the requirements in IR sensing and analysis applications, such as waste water monitoring or food sorting.

ATP 8300
The ATP 8300 is a compact spectrometer for the Mid-infrared spectral range up to 5 µm. The CCD detector is TE-cooled for ultra-low noise and high performance. The ATP8300 covers the requirements of applications in material analysis, gas composition analysis, and quality control (plastic and fruit sorting et al.) in a reliable package.

ATP 8600
The ATP 8600 is a compact mini fiber-optic IR spectroemter for the 900 nm to 1700 nm range. The InGaAs CCD detector does not require any cooling. This allows for USB power supply e. g. from a mobile PC. This independence and the compact size is excellent for in-field use. The resolution of the ATP 8600 can be tailored to the requirements of a wide range of applications.

ATP 8730
The ATP 8730 is a high resolution IR spectrometer. It utilizes a TE-cooled 1024 pixel CCD detetctor to address the spectral range from 900 nm to 1700 nm with low noise. Depending on the spectral range and the slit size, a IR resolution of down to 0.03 nm can be achhieved. The high speed electronics allow for a frame rate of 30 kHz and a ADC smapling rate of 10 MHz.
