M-nano-OPO

The M-nano-OPO is a compact, single-box, all integrated, pulsed Laser-OPO system. The state-of-the-art diode-pumped (DPSS) M-nano laser technology has been designed by Montfort Laser to be operated purely air-cooled. Paired with GWU’s latest OPO technology, the M-nano-OPO is providing high-efficient, gap-free tunable 660-1300 nm laser output.

The M-nano-OPO is driven by a diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser providing high-energy pulses at 532 nm and a pulse repetition rate of up to 20 Hz. Following GWU’s design philosophy, the integrated OPO is using a soft pumping scheme with low fluence, ensuring maximum reliability and lifetime. The wavelength can be tuned continously from 660 nm to 1300 nm, offering a pulse energy of up to 20 mJ. Our new, extremely fast tuning technology allows for fully automated shot-to-shot change of the wavelength, arbritrary arcross the available range. The output is prepared for holding a fiber bundle providing convenient beam delivery for the tunable wavelengths as well for 1064 nm residual output. A built in SMA port allows for connecting a fiber-coupled spectrometer for direct wavelength measurement.

The M-nano-OPO is a high-end tool for all users in medical, biotechnology or spectroscopy applications. Especially for photoacoustic imaging, the analog and digital real-time energy and wavelength monitoring signals can be of great benefit. The rugged and turn-key design, paired with air-cooled operation, ensure convenient usability and best reliability.
