The back-thinned CCD is offering 1044 pixel with a high dynamic range. The -20°C working temperature is achieved by a thermo-electric (TE) cooler and ensures a greatly reduced dark current. As a result the low noise level and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is out-performing other devices. The ATP 6500 is offering high resolution, high sensitivity and low stray light vulnerability and is perfectly suited for a wide variety of weak light applications such as fluorescence and Raman analysis. The detection range is available in several pre-defined configurations or can be customized.
