ATP 5020

The ATP 5020 is a mini-optic fiber spectrometer with excellent performance on a small footprint. The 2048 pixel CCD detector is TE cooled for low-noise operation. The spectral detection range as well as the resolution can be tailored for many applications. The ATP 5020 is the perfect choice for weak light detection.

ATP 5020/P/R

The “P” and “R” line are the high-performance models of the ATP 5020 series. Both models employ a TE cooled 2048 pixel CCD detector and offer an excellent resolution. The ATP 5020P is tailored for high UV performance. The spectral response of the ATP 5020R is enhanced in the NIR providing optimum performance in Raman applications.

ATP 5330/5334

The M-shaped optical design of the ATP 5330/5334 ensures low stray light effects and high resolution in a very compact package. The devices compromise an optimum performance in the complete spectral range from 200 nm to 1000 nm. The TE cooled CCD detector is available with 2048 pixel (ATP 5330) or a 4096 pixel (ATP 5334) for highest resolution at low noise. The extremely compact size and the low weight allow for easy machine integration.
